Skin type and skin condition: is not the same

With all the wealth of information that comes to us in the world of beauty, sometimes it becomes difficult to distinguish basic terms such as skin type and skin condition. It is important to know the difference cosmetic choose the best suited to the needs of the skin.

Not just for the skin type but for the skin condition, i.e. the need added one point in our lives. A clear example is the sensitive skin: it is a type of skin, it is a condition. We'll explain more in detail.

Skin types are what we know as normal, dry, oily and combination. It's the kind of skin that characterizes our skin, not spend from one type to another easily. To put it another way, the skin type is fixed, allows little variation. Only over time, over the years, skin changes almost always dry because we lose skin aging lipids.

Another change that may alter exceptionally our skin type is a great change as a pregnancy hormone. Many mothers have combination skin-fat before pregnancy and after giving birth, surprise! Have all the characteristics of a dry skin. And it is in the opposite direction, also. The case of a person in my family who had a dry skin happened to have a normal skin rather mixed trend. All examples are for skin type.

Let's talk about the different skin conditions. The skin condition is a parenthesis, a problem that is not always presented as are the granites, stress, and skin suffocation. These are problems that have been acquired and usually need a specific cosmetic fix or control it. An anti-acne treatment or fluid regulator, oxygen creams or Vitamin C.

The most fearsome condition for some of you is the sensitivity of the skin: redness on the cheeks, tightness, itching causing temperature changes. These are all skin conditions. They may occur during specific periods of the year, the rest of months away.

It's good to be clear about the difference when choosing your cosmetic routine, so it need not always be the same. The skin adds or subtracts that can fill specific needs as they arise.
